Stainless Steel Railing Systems Round End Post with Cable Tensioners

There are quite few companies to choose from when someone is looking for cable railing. I decided to go with stainless steel because of ease of maintenance and the price was about the same as mild steel or aluminum.
I sent my quote request to a bunch of companies. I felt like going with Inline Design because their price was competitive in addition to an amazing customer service. The process was easy to follow. And having them CAD my stairs for free was definitely a huge plus!
The installation was fairly easy. I followed the instructions posted online with the help of my brother. If you are going to use a stainless steel top rail I would highly recommend welding them instead of screwing them... so much easier and faster than screwing which I tried at first then switched to welding. I know welding sounds scary but it's not really precision welding, it's point welding.
I am looking forward for replacing my indoor stairs now. highly recommended!
The Stainless Steel Railing Systems Round End Post with Cable Tensioners is a piece of our San Francisco Round style cable railing system. Included in this item is one round, predrilled post, 10 or 12 tensioners and one cone bracket.
- AISI 316 Stainless Steel, satin/brushed finish
- Diameter of post: 1.67" (1 5/8")
- Base diameter: 3 15/16"
- Thickness of post: Gauge 12 (2.6mm, 0.102") or Gauge 11 (3.0mm, .118")
- Center to center cable distance: 3 1/8"
- 10 (36") or 12 (42") tensioners
Note: Height is measured from the floor to the top of Inline Design's top rails
