Return Policy

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Custom fabricated systems (i.e. custom height, angle, etc.) are non-refundable.    

All returns items are subject to inspection.  Stainless steel is a finished product and cannot be sold until it is reconditioned/re-polished.  A full refund will be applied to completely unused items in original condition.  Items with signs of use or wear (i.e. no original packaging, with light scratches, etc.) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Returned items with deep scratches or equivalend damage will not be refunded, as they cannot be resold.  

The return products to be carefully packaged so they don't get damaged on the way back. Inline Design reserves the right to withhold the restocking fee or refuse a return for damage incurred in transit.

Please e-mail or call Inline Design for a Return Manufacturer Authorization number (RMA#) prior to sending your items.  Returns without an authorized RMA will not be accepted.  An RMA# expires 1 week after it is issued.  Customers are expected to ship the items you intend to return within that time. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
